= Historique =
L'orgue aurait été offert en 1866 par la famille Bailleu d'Avrincourt "en ex-voto de remerciement à Notre Dame de la Treille" comme suite à la guérison de leur fille, alors condamnée par la maladie. Il a été livré par la manufacture Cavaillé-Coll le 17 août 1869. Inauguration le jeudi 14 octobre 1869 par MM. Lefebvre-Müller et Mazingue.
= Description =
Orgue un un seul corps, placé au sol dans le transept Nord. Les plans sonores, grand orgue et récit, sont enfermés dans deux boîtes expressives, avec des jalousies ouvrant vers l'avant et vers l'arrière, manœuvrées par deux pédales à crans (cf. photos). Console retournée à deux manuels de 56 notes et pédalier de 30 notes. Traction et registration mécaniques.

Moyen. Cela marche, mais avec une sonorité quelque peut étouffée, par la poussière sans doute - le plein-jeu est très discret et ne ressemble pas à la production de ce facteur. La mécanique (sans Barker) est assez lourde. Un dépoussiérage et un réglage auraient été mérités.
