Le temple actuel a été dédicacé en 1871. Un orgue s'y trouvait d'emblée ; en effet, on lit sur le site de la paroisse :
<em>Enfin, un dernier détail qui a son importance, le 7 mars 1870, L’Église de Lille vendait un orgue à L’Église de Roubaix, et lui faisait don de tableaux d’inscription. Il y avait donc un orgue le jour de l’inauguration !</em>
Le temple est (2013) en très bon état, après toutefois avoir échappé à la mérule qui avait attaqué les charpentes. Les boiseries, homogènes et de belle qualité, sont complétées par une voûte en berceau du même bois, du plus bel effet. Les nombreux vitraux portent tous le même décor, concourant à l'homogénéité de l'ensemble.

Un premier orgue de treize jeux a été transformé et agrandi par Bernard [[Cogez, Bernard|Cogez]] en 1985, selon le parchemin collé sur le fronton des claviers. Cet orgue avait bénéficié d'une modeste subvention municipale (20 000 F) votée en 1980, et portée à 40 000 F en 1982, en raison de la révision à la hausse du devis.
Orgue relevé en 2007 (par [[Delmotte]] ?) (source : temples.free.fr). Un nouveau relevage a eu lieu en 2012/13, entièrement financé par la municipalité.

Orgue en deux corps dont un positif de dos, situé sur la tribune. Console en fenêtre, à deux claviers de 56 notes et pédalier de 30 notes. Traction mécanique (au GO : suspendue). Registration mécanique.
